Styer Propane, LLC (“Styer”) and above Customer hereby enter into this Pre-Buy Agreement (“Agreement”) and agree as follows:
1. Customer hereby purchases propane from Styer for deliveries starting on November 1, 2023 as follows:
2. Styer’s courtesy discount of $.05 per gallon for payment within ten (10) days has already been factored into your pre-buy purchase price.
3. Customer agrees that their account will be placed on automatic delivery from November 1, 2023 through May 31, 2024. Styer will automatically deliver propane gas to Customer during this period at Company’s sole discretion, even if Customer has exhausted all of their pre-buy gallons. Upon exhaustion of Customer’s pre-buy gallons, all additional deliveries must be paid according to the terms of your delivery agreement with Styer and the terms printed on your delivery ticket. Customer will be charged the price for that day’s delivery.
4. Customer must purchase a minimum of 200 gallons of propane. Minimum delivery requirements apply.
5. Customer agrees and acknowledges that an additional charge of $.05 per gallon will be assessed on all pre-buy credit card purchases.
6. The pre-buy price quoted to you is only good while supplies last or until September 30, 2023. All pre-buy payments must be received with signed agreement in order to be processed.
7. The dollar amount of undelivered gallons will be credited to your account on June 1, 2024.
8. If Customer leases their equipment from Styer, all other terms of the Equipment Lease Agreement remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Equipment Lease Agreement, this Agreement shall control.
